MEET THE FOUNDER
Hello, I'm Folakemi Ojelabi. I am a minister of the gospel, a devoted lover of God, a knowledgeable teacher of the word, the author of 3 eBooks, a visionary, and a coach.
I established the Watchful Women community in response to divine inspiration to create a women's group, even though I didn't know at the time what the group would entail or who it was meant for. Over time, my vision for the community expanded as God gave me more clarity.
I recognized the need for a community where women who love God can grow and mature in their personal and spiritual lives and connect meaningfully with each other to advance the kingdom of God.
My faith journey in Christ began about 26 years ago when I committed my life to Christ and was filled with the Holy Spirit. It was the best decision I ever made, and I continue to experience significant growth in my faith every day.
In my walk with Christ, I've encountered women who are passionate about God but feel stuck and unsure of how to make an impact in their world. Some feel trapped in a cycle of church and doubt their ability to make a difference for Jesus. Others are isolated without a safe space for growth.
Through the Watchful Women Community, my desire is for women from all nations, tribes, and backgrounds to flourish in their faith, discover purpose, and find true contentment and joy in serving Jesus.
My goal is to help every woman become passionate about Jesus, regardless of where she resides, and to see her life positively influence those around her.
